The Night Kitchen Bakery is a mitzvah, not a business. An organic farm-to-cookie partnership, determinedly small in scale and craft-based, we are dedicated to producing a delicious biscuit that is both tasty and expeditious.
We infuse/extract what we grow and harvest, we bake with what we infuse/extract and we share what we bake. And we operate in the same partnership spirit with which herbal remedies were once gathered, crafted and shared by folk for their community.
